Cancellation Policy

In case of booking cancellation, the refunds would be made as explained below:

1.)Cancellation before 7 days: 80% Refund.

2.)Cancellation between 7 days-1 day: 70% Refund.

3.)Cancellation within 24 hours: No Refund.

Child Policy

1.)Child below age of 10 yrs will be complimentary. And above age of 10 child will be charged as adult.

Hotel Policy

1.)Hotel may charge supplement charges on Christmas / New Year's eve or other festive periods. Any such supplements need to be paid directly at the hotel.

2.)Early check-in will be provided on the basis of availability or on a prior notice.

3.)Pick up and drop at additional cost from Nearest airport or railway station on prior intimation can be provided.
